Ackermans sells faulty phones

Do not buy a phone from their connect store! We bought a phone that was faulty straight out of the box. They sent it away for repairs according to their POLICY! Which is 7 days. It returned with the same fault. It was sent away again for 7 days. Returned again, same fault. Now they say our 7 day "warranty" has expired. They sent the phone away and I got an email to pay for water damage? It also described a blue Samsung galaxy. Ours is a grey mobicel. I have been requesting a refund or a new phone, and nothing. DO NOT USE THEIR CONNECT STORE!
