Ackermans S70 phone- Total DISASTER & WASTE OF MONEY

I bought the S70 Premio phone at Ackermans in June 2020. Within less than a month I get errors(android/WhatsApp app has stopped working), and sometime the phone just goes off when there is an incoming call or whilst using it. I rebooted the phone to its factory setting and it only worked for about a month and has been constantly giving me problems, I can't use the phone at all, I thought it was a good phone with good feature but no I was wrong, I am never going to waste my money on those phones again. And to think that I had to give the phone to my husband who is a truck driver is worrying me because he is out of home most of the time(4 weeks) and we finding it difficult to get hold of him because of that phone.

Manufactures are ******** people out of their money for selling devices with lot of technical issues, I mean doesn't pass quality Assurance phase before it's brought to shops?
