Ackermans rude staff

The service I got from Ackermans in Carlton Centre was horrible. I went to do money transfer the lady who was helping me her name is NSIKI she was so rude, she didn't greet me, she asked me for my ID which I gave her after scanning it she threw it back to me, I asked her if I can deposit the money using my bank card she said no only cash the machine was not working and the guy next to me was doing the same transaction as me and he used his card. I payed with cash then when she gave me my change she just threw it on the counter. This kind of people give the businesses bad name and reputation please follow up on this and do something we cannot be treated like this as costumers.
