Ackermans reported non payment to credit bureau when payment was made

I made an EFT payment and erroneously left out a digit on the reference number which led to Ackermans not allocating my payment. I timeously sent all relevant documents and payment was finally allocated but they have reported this as a missed payment to the credit bureau which has affected my credit score. I need this fixed because payment was made.
