Ackermans refusing to give me my laybye refund

I had a laybye that expired end of April,last weeke I remembered that I can go and claim the amount that I had paid already towards the laybye and I went to the store,the cashier told me that she could see 3 laybyes on the syatem that were cancelled on my name,meaning its laybyes I had paid for and forgot about and they expired and said I could get these on a gift card,she called the supervisor or manager not sure,she came and looked and just said no she gets nothing (referring to me) I called her back and told her the laybye slips always stipulate that if va laybye expires,you fet the refund back on a gift card,she then went on and said ok she will refund the recent one,but the one from last year and the one from 2020 she will not give me. Why is this so? Surely Ackermans as a big company can afford to give me a mere R200 back,its my money after all as I never took their goods? Also on their slips they never say anything about a refund being valid for only a few months? Even so I would understand about the one from 2020,but the one from last year? I want my money back please on a gift card as per tour T&Cs on your laybye slips.
