Ackerman's Ravenswood

I bought a phone for my daughter for Christmas on the 20th December2024. Phone gave problems when she opened it for the first time in 25th December 2024.

I took the phone back yesterday 26th December 2024. Spoke to the lady named Goodness. She said I must monitor the phone and if it still doesn't work, to bring it back today 27th December 2024.

Took it this morning. Then she argued with me that I didn't say I bought the phone on the 20th, but I said the 21st. So the warranty expired yesterday 26th. I know I said the 20th, but she got arrogant and kept saying I said 21st. Then said something in her language and just walked away with an attitude. I know what I said but she kept making me out as the wrong one. She never bothered to check the slip just told me to come back today. She caused me to miss the warranty date and now my daughter must wait 2weeks for her phone. I really feel this is unfair as the Lady didn't do her job properly.
