Ackermans Princess crossing Roodepoort

Bought a premio X81 Cell phone, I am trying to purchase a new battery. Customer care gave me a reference number to take to the Branch (Princess crossing)which I did , was told I would be notified by thursday the 12 January, nnedless to say no reply. been trying now for 2 months, they cant give me an alternative supplier
