Ackermans Premio phone will explode in my face

Hi, I bought a phone late last year at Ackermans as I had just lost my phone. I bought a phone called Premio as I took time to decide which phone.

My biggest problem is that, this phone gets so hot and it warns me that it might explode. If I just charge it or use it it gets so hot Im even afraid it might explode in my face.

It takes out a message and suddendly it switches itself off. I went to ackermans centurion mall to address this matter, all they told me was that the matter is no longer in their hands, they will just take it back to the supplier and I will sit 3-6 weeks without a phone. Now, what I wanna know is this, why must I sit without a phone for so long when nobody warned me about this when I bought it. Surely they know about this brand. Now tell me, must it explode first in my face for them to take me serious. Right now recently I was diagnosed with a serious brain problem, what if its the phone?. Do this people know what kind of a serious problem this is?

Can someone do something about this, this is my hard earned money..yes its not an expensive phone but this is my health you guys are playing. I pray my health issue is not phone related because if it is then I dont know whats gonna happen as I did come to the shop to let them know and they said it wasn't their problem.
