Ackerman's Premio Axe battery

I purchased a Premio Axe cellphone less than a year ago. The cellphone works well, but the battery is messed up, swollen and I'm not able to use the cellphone. I went to three different stores but nobody can tell me or assist me with a replacement battery. It's my daughter's fone and she loves it, but I need to find a replacement battery very urgently
