Ackermans poor services and careless

Hi I have an account with Ackermans. I have been struggling to receive an updated statement from them from the past 2 weeks now. Every time I to query I get to wait for 24 - 48 hours.I was told new statements are issued on the 10th of each month but till today I have not received it. When they claim to be sending me an updated statement it is always not the updated one. I don't know how Ackermans works but they have shown to have a very poor services my surname was spelt incorrectly yet, when opening the account I had produced my identity document. Please be aware of this store POOR SERVICE AND VERY CARELESS!.
