Ackermans poor serviceRLR

I bought a phone at Ackermans ,at BT Ngebs Umtata in July 2018,it became faulty and I took it to Ackermans on the 9th of December 2018,and they said it would take 21 days and then i would get a message saying that the phone would be ready for pickup, the only message i got was saying "that the phone has been submitted to the workshop"... So after the 21 days was over i went to Ackermans just to check if the phone was finished or not., they told me that i should wait for a message that will tell me that the phone is ready for pickup.. So i waited for the message, 2 months passed and still no message from them, after the two months passed i went again to Ackermans regarding the phone, the phone was still not back..when I went back to check on the 27 of March I was told that the guy responsible for that is on leave, and ll be back on the 9th,No one is prepared to give me the straight answer, that shop is terrible, 4 months without phone and no answer
