ACKERMANS POOR SERVICE

This getting way out of hand. CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANY ONE FROM HEAD OFFICE. I have found that an account was opened using MY ID DETAILS AS WELL AS MY OLD NUMBER. My account was paid in FULL +- a year ago . I have emailed ALL MY PROOF and dont know what the hell they keep harrassing me for. I have asked them in the same mail that i have send that they should send me details on WHERE was the account opened? WHO opened the account? What's on the receipts? as well as WHO OPENED THE DAMN ACCOUNT AT THE STORE WITHOUT MY CONSENT WITH A SIGNATURE ATTACHED TO IT? I NEED THOSE IN WRITING SO I CAN OPEN A ***** CASE WHICH SHOULD NOT EVEN BE THE CASE BECAUSE ITS YOUR STAFF THAT IS ASSISTING PEOPLE TO COMMIT THE *****!!! *** PLEASE GET YOUR STAFF IN ORDER BECAUSE I REFUSE TO PAY FOR AN ACCOUNT I NEVER GAVE CONSENT FOR!
