Ackermans Poor in Handling my EFT Payment

I am very disappointed with Ackermans. I made a payment using the Standard Bank details on my statement on the 23 January 2023. To this day, the money has not been allocated despite sending the proof of payment and making several follow ups on the matter. every time i call them, its as if its the firt time hearing of this and i would be told to wait another 7 working days for it to reflect.
