Ackermans poor, bad service

I have settled the account in full a year ago but still Ackerman's didn't update the credit berau and this is messing up with my credit score. I don't know what to do anymore. I wouldn't advise anyone to open a store account at Ackerman's . Bad service. poor service. ******.
