Ackermans - Please cancel the insurers linked to my closed account

I went to the branch in Voortrekker earlier today to close my account, my account was closed, but the insurances linked to it not. I was advised to call the insurance division. However when I was about to connected then a guy by the name of Linokha Tuku came and rudely snatched the phone from me as his sale client was more important then my call to cancel the insurances.

He then grabbed a piece of paper and wrote a number and advise me to call the number in my own time as he was busy with a sale client.

I simply want to cancel my funeral plan and cellphone insurance.

Could you kindly help me.
