Ackermans pinetown

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from ackermans connect pinetown, I purchased an ovhd decoder on my account in July I did not keep the receipt because I did not expect it to break within 3 months, the manager was unprofessional kept blaming loadshedding and saying there's nothing he can do, I spoke to ovhd customer care and they said the decorder has a warranty but the store says there is no warranty, I have had a installation guy come to check the decorder but he said it is damaged and the store is not willing to assist with an exchange
