Ackermans pathetic disgusting customer service westwood

Ackermans at Westwood mall staff and area manager has rude pathetic customer services. gifts was purchased for my nieces and nephews abroad and they have forgotten it n went back to Dubai and when we went to return it at the store the manager has taken the clothing away and advised us to get in contact and get the reciept how do we contact our grandma who has passed on to ask her for the reciept? And they actually insulted us by doing that in public I am going to take this further and contact the consumer rights ombudsman!
