Ackermans Pan Africa Mall bad service

I had a very bad experience with Ackerman’s in Pan Africa. I took my phone which I had for only two months for repairs. I took the phone there around March. I have been waiting for them to call me since then. I even went to check for myself after sometime because it had been long since I took the phone there and I had an encounter with a rude worker there. Yesterday I recurved a phone call from them telling me that my phone had been repaired and I should come get it. Today I went to go get it only to find that it has not even been repaired. I have never been so frustrated because my phone has been there for 3+ months.
