Ackermans Oxford Street east london, fix your workers coz the customer service sucks, hence why I am taking my business else where .

Had the worst customer service experience at Ackermans in east london, Oxford Street... I went to take out my kids layby, firstly I stand in the line downstairs then get to the till and the cashier at the till downstairs tells me to go up to collect the parcel. Anyways when I go up , I wait again to be assisted coz the lady sorting out the laybys was busy with another customer which I understood. She then assists me and tells me they gonna have to look for my layby coz it has no shelf location, okay I wait even though I'm tired from working all day. A cashier find my layby and then proceeds to take out a packet of chips the ones they sell in the street opens it at the till and eats it right there, her fingers were red and dirty from the chips while working with our clothes. I thought I was in a movie waiting for the camera man to come out. Anyways I take out 3 items I want to exchange and tell her I want to use my +more, she exchanges the items and tell me "the supervisor is in the toilet so u just gonna have to wait" , I'm thinking to myself "is this real life right now" ... I'm reminding her of +more, she tells me "I already did the transaction do u expect me to void the whole transaction just for +more, and at this point I get irritated by her rudeness and say yes ... anyways the supervisor comes the transaction gets completed and the cashier slams my change on the counter... I felt like I never wanted to go back to that store even though I loved their styles of clothes for my two little boys...the customer service sucks and it's like there is no rules like u entered a ****a shop.
