ACKERMANS ONLINE WORST EXSPERIANCE EVER.

If i could i would give this star rating a 0....what a bad bad service. I made a online purchase 19 days ago, 3 days after i got the invoice with the correct dilivery address, but on the tracking it was compleetly wrong, i have phoned numerois times and escilated it many times its now been 19 days later and i still have nit heard a word back from them, today i called again just to be told its out of their hands....are you joking. As a customer i have to make n payment before i recieve my order, so they have to do the same when thei mess up my order i am furios......the wors service and exspeeiance ever. They need to fix what they pessed up....and the consultants over the phone aret horrible.
