Ackermans Online – Unacceptable Delay & No Communication

I placed an online order with Ackermans on 24 December 2025, selecting Click & Collect, and to date I have still not received my order. What makes this even more frustrating is that there is no estimated collection date provided and no clear communication from Ackermans regarding the delay. This order consists mostly of school uniform, which is time-sensitive, and the lack of urgency and transparency is extremely disappointing. I understand that December can be busy, but customers should at least be kept informed and given realistic timelines. I expected far better service from a well-known retailer like Ackermans. At this point, I am frustrated and disappointed and would appreciate immediate feedback, a confirmed collection date, or a resolution.
