Ackermans online purchase

Not happy about their online purchase Im still waiting for the otp sms to collect my parcel but when I trace the parcel it says it was delivered when I checked with the desired store for delivery they have the parcel but won't allow me to get because of the otp sms which I haven't received and I dont know if I will ever receive. I just want my money back I'm no longer interested I'm really disappointed
