Ackermans online is a ****

Put an online order for some few items, then processed the payment. Next thing I check it says my order has been cancelled yet payment went through my account. Been trying to get Ackermans to respond and confirm if this order is indeed cancelled or not to no success. Meantime the order is now sitting on dispatched since the 04/06 again with no update. They don’t even bother to respond to queries or anything
