Ackermans online disappointment

Ackermans online has to be the most useless platform ever!! I ordered on 9th Feb 2022, it's now 28th Feb 2022 and I call the call centre only to be told that they cannot locate my order number. Then 25min later I get told that there was an issue with their systems that it says dispatched and tracking says delivered on 14 February 2022. Where was the communication to myself??? None whatsoever!!! My poor dad went to collect based on the tracking information only to be told that the order was returned as I requested a refund??? When??? So yes, ackermans, absolutely disappointing.
