Ackermans online click and collect

Hello Peter I need an assistance I place an order at ACKERMANS for school uniform using their online platform an then the order is processed by ackermans and sitting with the couriers from the 7th but when I called ackermans customer care the lady I spoke to refused to give me contact details for the couriers she told me that they're not allowed to share that information with customers and the order will be delivered to the nearest store from Monday to Wednesday next week meanwhile schools are opening on Monday and I placed and order with ackermans because I trusted them but I didn't know that for them to from Hammersdale to a store in Ntuzuma will take so many days I need my kids uniform urgently Order number ***1
