Ackermans online

Ackermans online has given me the worst online shopping experience that I have ever had to deal with. My order was cancelled (on their side) after payment was made. I've sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to be told they have escalated the matter and then the ticket is closed. My ticket has been closed 5 times without any solution.
