Ackermans: No Phone Repairs Update

I regret buying a phone at Ackermans.

I bought a phone (A05s) on the 24th of November 2024 at Ackermans in Port Shepstone and it was working absolutely fine until on the 2nd of Dec midnight. It started updating itself since it was 00:00 I didn't even disturb it I left it updating & slept. When I wake up on the 3rd it didn't turn back on again. I tried to turn it on nothing happens, mind you I haven't used it like that because am still using my old phone. I then decided to return it back to the store at Ackermans where I bought it. They told me that it gonna go for repairs & I will be contacted for any further info. I haven't been contacted, I contacted them & they said the phone has not returned yet. It soo frustrating because I didn't use that phone, I spent my last penny so I could apply for jobs as am unemployed & this old phone is giving me problems. I haven't received any info with regards to my phone. All I want now is my money so I could buy a new phone because I bought that phone to use it & now am left with no phone. It a new year am supposed to be excited & here I am depressed about a phone I bought with my last money that I haven't used.
