Ackermans No 1 Disappointment

What kind of Salary does one need to have to be able to open an Ackermans Account because it seems if you earn R10,000 or R20,000 it isn't enough? I have always liked ackermans even more since having kids but they have now really disappointed me - it has now been twice in a year that I do not meet their minimum requirements to open an account - so please tell me what are the minimum requirements? Because I have other accounts that are up to date - never missed a payment not even during hard lockdown or after being retrenched in July 2020 and not having work for 6 months - I even pay more on my installment than what is required? I recently settled a R80,000 personal loan but according to Ackermans I don't have money???? So you know what I will take my business elsewhere and Ackermans loses what would have been a loyal and trusted customer. They say No 1 Value - I think it is more like No 1 Disappointment.
