Ackermans Nkomo Village

Today 10June in the morning around past 10 I went to Ackermans Nkomo Village in Atteridgeville to finalize my lay buy received an SMS om the 9th that I must finalize it on the 10th due to the lockdown the stores were closed so they extended our due dates. Got there in the morning to be told by the consultant that my lay buy has expired He doesn't know why I asked to see the manager He said I must go to the entrance these no way the manager can come to the front desk if I want to see her I must follow Her.Got to the manager was told that the head office like to tell customers a different story to the instruction that they give them yoooh the service in that store.Asked them to call the head office so we can resolve this matter was given the numbers that I must call them myself,Did that and there was no answer. i do not see myself going to Ackermans in future.
