Ackermans' New Water Feature: Soaked Clothes & Silent Service

On the 17th of April, I placed an online order for toddler clothes with Ackermans. How exciting! The order arrived on the 30th of April — fashionably late — and as a bonus, it came soaking wet. Yes, you read that right. Apparently, Ackermans now offers a free “drenched delivery” experience.

Naturally, I logged a complaint immediately. That was over a month ago. Since then? Absolute silence. No feedback, no update, not even a courtesy email. Impressive customer service — if the goal was to completely ignore the customer.

If you're into wet clothes and being ghosted by customer care, I highly recommend shopping at Ackermans. Otherwise, maybe not.
