Ackermans Motherwell

Towards an end of last year bought a phone at Ackermans Motherwell kept on giving problems and reported in store given false hope that's gonna be ok told to buy memory card even then nothing happened i gave it in to be checked kept more than two months i asked about guarantee instead of given positive response I got disrespected by store manager then called their call center claiming that the regional manager will call and store also no body called me until decided to go to the store told me that is still in store and told I'm not taking it even the repairs where not met only the charging part as it was having lot of problems that where told about told them i dont want it seeing that had lot of problems neither taking phone of some sort
