ackermans midrand

i went to the store to pay for my lay bay. i used my bank card to make the payment, the guy who was assisting me told me that the transaction was not succesful on their end. i immediately call my bank with the store manager and the bank confirmed that the funds went out.This happened on the 16 of July. i even sent them my bank statement but still they dont want to give me my money back. i dont want the lay bay anymore, i just want my money back
