Ackermans Mayibuye

I went to Ackermans Mayibuye shopping centre in tembisa to laybuy winter clothes, so I wanted to cancel the laybuy because I didn’t want to continue with the laybuy anymore, as it is written on their slips the terms and conditions of the laybuy should a customer wants to cancel Ackermans must pay whatever amount was paid towards the laybuy in full, I went there and they refused to cancel telling me that I must wait until the laybuy to expire so my next question was why because I want to cancel now I don’t want to wait, then they said people go and make laybuy just to cancel that’s why they are refusing and my next question was why is it my fault what other people do as this is not my first laybuy. My question is, is Ackermans aware of this, they forcing customers to not to cancel and want to give them gift vouchers so that they’ll be forced to take something even if they don’t want to, this is ******* what they doing is wrong even the terms of the agreement does not support what they saying, Ackermans needs to attend to this I’m saying this because I’m not the first person they did this to, I had to threaten them that I’ll report them only then they gave me my money, today I phoned Ackermans head office to report this asking for the area manager of that Ackermans they told me they don’t have their numbers I must contact customer service which I did but their number is not going through…what’s even worse the manager is saying the same thing he doesn’t see anything wrong 😑
