Ackermans Mandela Square- Excellent Service

Bought a few items at Ackermans Sandton City (Mandela Square) got home and realized two items were faulty. Then logged a call with them because I be was afraid they might not take them back, but I received a reply on the email sent, was advised to take the items to the store and they will be replaced. Got to the store and exchanged the items with no hassle. Service was excellent
