Ackermans Manager/ Supervisors illtreating their Staff

I'm not sure if this is the correct platform but I don't know where to take this as it concerns staff.

Managers please tell/ teach your supervisors how staff members must be treated, Ackermans in Mafikeng Mall is illtreating her staff, shops closes at 18:00 then they will clean and prepare for the next day and suppose to leave, she will look for something for them to do so they leave store after 20:00 where it's night and a 20-30minutes walk to taxi rank , is it how the store operates? By that time she's being collected.

May you kindly address these issues with her and she is rude too, treat people like she owns the store or their lives depends on her.

staff are afraid of her especially new staff, the fact of parents always being afraid and asking themselves if their kids will get transport or will even get to the taxi rank is not on and they need those jobs , so kindly attend to her.
