Ackerman's management rude.

I'm utterly disgusted with Ackerman's stuff and management, I had made a layby due to personal reasons I couldnt fullfil the layby agreement. The cashier and the manages were totally unprofessional and rude. They complained in front of me that they had to put the items back on the floor n bickered about it infront of me. As for the manager she got verbally agressive with me. I had to explain why I wanted to counsel and they made me wait for almost an hour to cancel the layby

What disturbing is that why they give you an attitude when you want to cancel a layby, as for the manager is really disappointing. Can never compare Ackerman's to Woolworths service and stuff professionalism. This wasn't the first time I experienced such in ethical behavior from Ackerman's management. Ackerman's in west street and Ackerman's winklespruit pick n pay shopping center.
