Ackermans Management
I laybought clothes worth R499 at ackermans kaalfontein corner when i go to take out the laybye they make me wait for two hours with no update on what is going on,apparently they misplaced my goods and they made me feel as if its my fault, i had to come back the following day i went to the manager as she promised to check my staff only to find out that she didnt check i had to wait again for an hour..after an hour she came with my staff an tell me how can i laybye such a small item.And on top of that i was overcharged. I was willing to open a clothing account with Ackermans that was gonna be a nightmare of an experience.I dont see myself buying anything from Ackermans anymore.This incident happened on the 29October2018 My contact details are ********** 481
