Ackermans **** to me

Ackermans **** to me. This is my story:

While making a payment of my credit account with Ackermans in December 2020, I was told that my account was in excess and I have a credit balance. The tellers explained to me that I do not owe anything but it's Ackermans who owes me.

All the tellers were surprised by this and they all explained that I can take anything up to R 41 702 without incurring any debt because Ackermans owes me this amount. I then took items and in January 2021, I receive a statement saying my debt balance is zero confirming further that I do not owe. But strangely in February 2021, the statement came saying I have a debt of R7000 and my credit balance is zero (meaning the 41 702 credit balance disappeared and the things I took in December were now a debt).

Ackermans is now tormenting me, demanding payment and I have stopped working now meaning I can not settle
