Ackermans Legal Department *********** and Yet too fast to send Threatening SMS'S

So Ackermans is sending me Legal Messages and threats after I have paid them and used an incorrect Ref Number, Then I called them to ask where should I send the POP. I sent the POP as per their instruction to the relevant department and I was told that once My payment is allocated I will be contacted. Guess what? It's a month and a day since I made a payment and the allocation has not been done already yet I'm being threatened. Get ya'lls Ducks in a Row.
