Ackermans Ladies in Goldfields Mall are the worst!

I received the worsed service from a cashier at Ackermans Ladies Goldfields mall. I am appalled by the fact that the branch manager Cecilia and her DSM Joyce are incapable to handle clients complaints. Can I please request that Zuzipho be sent for customer service training. Please send your branch manager and DSM for complaints handeling training. For a cashier to laugh at clients because they are complaining is completely unacceptable. Please create name tags for your staff so we can identify them because the branch manager refused to give me her name. Instead I was brushed off with a "my DSM will call you within 15min). Since today there was never a call, I had to call back and asked for people's names so that I can write a complaint.
