ACKERMANS LACKING TRAINING AND INTEGRITY
Ackermans Eastgate Saturday morning 30 October. SHopping for 68 facecloths for a charity Christmas party. Cashier typed in the wrong code! OVERCHARGED BY R271 . they have given me a credit note but have not credited my card. Manageress tried to sort it out. Promised my credit card would be refunded on Monday / Tuesday 2 Nov. NOTHING! I am so tired of big businesses not training their staff well enough and *****ing money for their stupid lack of training. DONT trust ACKERMANS STAFF lacking in training and integrity!
