Ackermans is the worst ratail shop in SA!!!

I bought a new phone at Ackermans President Hyper, Krugersdorp. A few days later the phone broke. I complained to Ackermans and posted a complaint on Hello Peter. Nobody contacted me BECAUSE ACKERMANS THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW. I took the phone back to Ackermans and went to fetch it today (06/06/23). The phone was NOT REPAIRED. IT WAS DAMAGED!!! An old and scratched back cover was put on the phone. The phone that I sent in for repairs was brand new (09/03/23). The technician who worked on the phone is called Musa, name of QC on work card Lindy.
