ACKERMANS IS THE WORST AND DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

To whom it may concern...

I bought a Cellphone from Ackermans 29 April 2024, Monday,using the phone for few days i realised it was Malfunctioning...overheating and freezing...i went back to the store before the 7 days period advising the store manager the phones Malfunctioning today...He advised me that he cannot assist me...as the Packaging is damaged...my Toddler daughter has torn the box at the top...however the serial number of the phone and box is still visible...
