Ackerman's is the worst.

This is by far the worst account i have ever had. I keep on paying every month and the amount gets more instead of less. How on earth do Ackerman's accounts work this out? Bunch of *********** *****'s. I demand to know, how do i pay R705 per month for the last 9 months and my balance goes from R4500 to R5200? Did some one fail math's? Secondly how can i pay R705 and only R200 gets taken of the owing balance? Is R500 for interest? No wonder a person cannot pay the damn thing off. I f i don't get this matter fixed and resolved ASAP. i will contact the ombudsman. Get your Act together Ackerman's. You are useless.
