Ackermans is refusing to attend to my problem.
Even today I'm still waiting on the matter of my phone charger to be addressed. Here on HelloPeter, the make it look like it's been attended to, but in reality they keep ignoring me.
I will not stop writing reviews until this matter has been attended to and I receive a new phone charger. I'm very disappointed this horrible service.
