Ackermans Irene Mall Staff are very Rude with not customer Satisfaction.

Hi On the 04 January 2025 i went to Ackermans Irene mall to refund some cloth i bought as. When i went there all the staff were rude not willing to assist me the lady was in the door said we can not refund you the cloth cause we need to do budget for the day. She said go to the till point when i get there the were not even wearing their name badge i've been told that they cant refund me cause their offline i should try another Ackermans they cant help me..i went to Ackermans centurion mall they refunded me and i asked them if there are offline for refunding some items the lady said there is no such things..i have 3 kids i am only buying Cloth to ackermans for my kinds and my wife, but the treatment i have received at Ackermans Irene mall i am thinking not to enter Ackermans door again.

When i take my plastic they started talking and laughing at me i couldnt bare the shame they did to me..Ackermans staff at Irene mall they are Very rude with no customer service.
