Ackermans insurance company "Hollard"

I Kgomotso Marumo bought a cell phone at Ackermans for my son and I took insurance for the phone. My son was ****** and the cell phone was took on the scene. I claimed the cell phone from insurance company and took measures that were required for the claim. I did everything and followed every step that was required for the claim to proceed,the insurance company is prolonging the claim I made. I am so disappointed with the service I'm receiving from the insurance company because it's been almost three months since I claimed the cell and there is still no communication from the company and no response. I fear that I will forfeit the claim and all the money I've been paying for the insurance of a cell... I'm utterly disappointed with the service I've been receiving and wouldn't recommend anyone to take a insurance cover of any gadget from this company
