Ackermans in Midrand Boulders

I am so disppointed in the management at Ackermans, i bought a Nokia C20 in Dec the phone started freezing and giving problems the first few days we returned it and was told they going to send it in, till today i have not received any communication, when you try to call their phone is on voicemail....
