Ackermans in Kwamashu center was full of trash especially the store manager.

I went to Ackermans at bridge city with an expired layby from phoenix plaza and the guy gladly helped me process it and i got my sone some joggers as it was an emergency great experience. However in kwamashu center refused to assis my mother when she came through to get a refund from an expired layby which was from town and she wanted to use the same refund money to buy my some winter items but the store manager said her store can't and be short cux we are lazy to go to town and further said it was not possible after several means of explaining that its possible as i had initially had a layby from Phoenix plaza but due to distance I was unable to go to phoenix plaza and I went to my nearest Ackermans and they were so kind to assist and I got what I needed. I will not be going back to that Ackermans I kwamashu center as the manager did not only deliver this new with kindness she was very arrogant as well and did not live up the that C the customer I always right"
