Ackermans horrors
I went for a return to Ackermans vangate. I purchased underwear at their canal walk branch but it wasn't rung up according to indicated price. I went to vangate because it's closer to me. I have never been so humiliated by a manager as I had been by Lesley Rozant. The apparent store manager. Being threatened and mistreated by a manager is not what I go to shops for. This store could really do wit different management.

17 Jul 2018, 18:11I was contacted by Mr. M. Patel. I didn't hear what happened to the staff member eventually who was **********ly portraying himself as the store manager. I was promised a discount the next time I shop at an Ackermans which is a bit lousy thinking that this should have never happened to start with. I will probably remember this for as long as I live and I will probably think twice before I spend my money at an Ackermans again.
Their staff needs training on how to work with people. Wether the customer is from Langa or Constantia we all deserve to be treated with respect and not by what a cashier or manager sums you up to be.
